Established in 2020, Collar & Comb Dog Grooming based in Hessle is a fully qualified, 1-2-1 & calm environment offering a range of services from nail trims to full grooms, teeth cleaning to baths. We are strictly by appointment only and operate a locked door policy to ensure the safety of your dog whilst in our care. At Collar & Comb, we wanted to create an environment in which all dogs feel at ease. We are a crate free salon but we do not have dogs loose. If a dog is either waiting to be collected or has dropped off, they will have their own area with bedding to make them feel at home.
We provide high quality grooming services in a hygienic, safe, modern salon. We have a state of the art hyrdo bath with ensures all pooches are squeaky clean. We only use top of the range, professional shampoo and cater to all needs.
Our full grooms start with a thorough shampoo of your dogs coat in our hyrdo bath. We then blow dry their hair ready for cutting. We can groom to your specific needs as long as the coat is free from matting. Short all over, breed standard & teddy bear trims are all common in the salon and we will give you a full run down during consultation. All grooms include nail trims & ear cleaning. Please note an additional £7 will occur for ear plucking.
These are designed to up keep your dogs coat and get them looking (and smelling) fabulous again. Bathed in our hydro bath and the shampoo to meet your dogs skin & coat needs, then blow dried and brushed out. Baths also include face, feet & bum trims along with nails and ear cleaning. Ear plucking is an additional £7
Deshed are great for shedding breeds such as Labradors, Pugs and Bulldogs. Bathed in our hydro bath along with shedding shampoo which helps loosen up dead coat, this can then be brushed out once we have dried your pooch. Why not add a deshedding mud treatment for additional shedding power?
We do lots of add on spa packages to make your furry friend feel extra special. From deshed mud to blueberry facials, you dog will strut out of the salon feeling fresh!
Motionless and gentle dental cleaning without brushing, emmi-pet can help to prevent inflammations and peridontitis , protects against plaque and tartar build-up, bad breath and loss of teeth. It also reaches deep into the gums and strengthens the gum tissue. First session includes own reusable brush head. Sessions thereafter are £20 per half hour.
