We provide high quality grooming services in a hygienic, safe, home based salon. All products used are natural based and suitable for sensitive skin. If you would like more information please don't hesitate in contacting us via call, message or social media!
Includes bathing and drying. Then styled, via clipping, scissoring and/or trimming of coat. Nails clipped and ears cleaned if needed. All products used at natural based and suitable for sensitive skin. Matting will be shaved for the best interests of the dog.
Includes bathing and drying then feet and face trimmed, hygiene clip. Then if needed nail clip and ears cleaned.
Removing of the outer guard hairs from coat when coat is fully blown and ready to be stripped in specific breeds like Boarder Terriers. They too will be bathed, dried and trimmed in areas in needed and required. Clipping of nails and cleaning of ears if needed too.
Available to regular customers only, whom wish to maintain longer coats and styles and/or need extra bathing and light trimming between grooms.
Free advice and help sheets on how to correctly brush your furbaby at home to ensure no matting and/or damage occurs to the coat at home between grooms.

… though the team mainly comprises of me, Colleen Smith! I have been a Dog Groomer for 10 years nows… wow! And over these years, I have honed my skills and knowledge by working in various roles within the industry, along side lots of training and development. Even still to this day, I attending courses and watch webinars as I love to learn; always bringing new styles, ideas and high quality products to my customers. Which in turn, has lead me to open my very own salon, The Barking Barber. My aim is to deliver my extended grooming skills to you and your furbaby; using high quality natural products, in a calm relaxing environment. As my salon is based at my home, I only offer scheduled 1 to 1 appointments, as there is no rush or stress in my salon. I like to work at the furbabies paces to ensuring they feel loved, and as calm as possible when they're in my care.
